Departure windows depend on how quickly each route fills. When a route reaches minimum capacity we contact all registered passengers with a confirmed price and a 24-hour payment window. If you can proceed, your seat is held on payment. We do not operate to a fixed schedule — departures are confirmed on demand.

Anyone currently residing in the Gulf region — UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, or Oman — can register, regardless of nationality. We coordinate departures for the full spectrum of the expat community, from Western passport holders to South Asian and African nationals.

If a route doesn't reach minimum capacity, we explore options: combining with partner operators, adjusting departure windows, or opening remaining seats through partner networks. If a route ultimately cannot proceed, you'll be notified immediately — there is no obligation or cost to you.
